Pick-up service is be available at Soundlab store at Flat Bush, Auckland. Please feel free to contact us before your pick-up to ensure your goods are ready.
We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. However, if the products are faulty, We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If the product was delivered incorrectly i.e., not the goods ordered, it can be return to us and a replacement will be issue. If the product was delivered damaged, customer must notify us with e-mail within three days of receipt of the product. The notification include the invoice number, your name, address, and brief description of the damage and/or relevant details.
